• Act in the evolution of agile maturity and performance of tribes, contributing to structuring and following cycles of execution, through
  data analysis, initiative organization and promotion of continuous improvement


• SUPPORT the structuring of execution plans, contributing with definition of goals, indicators and action organization;


• Gather, analyze and consolidate data to support diagnostics and decision-making;


• FOLLOW up on tribe initiatives, promoting visibility, organization and consistency in execution;


• Monitor performance indicators, supporting the identification of deviations and opportunities for improvement;


• SUPPORT the generation of insights from data, contributing to continuous improvement of tribe performance


• Act in follow-up actions, supporting the identification of obstacles and continuous evolution of deliveries;


• SUPPORT the deployment of OKRs, ensuring connection with initiatives and clarity on expected results;


• Contribute to the evolution of agile maturity of tribes, promoting good practices and consistency in operation;

• Sytemic vision, with ability to connect business, technology and agility in the context of execution;


• Hands-on profile, with strong focus on data analysis, organization and initiative follow-up;


• Solid experience with agile teams;


• Knowledge of discovery processes and upstream;


• Experience with performance indicators, flow metrics and data analysis for decision-making support;


• Experience with OKRs deployment at tactical levels and result tracking;


• Experience in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, based on data analysis and execution follow-up;


• Good communication and articulation skills with different stakeholders, ensuring visibility and alignment
