Requirements

• A guarantee that the team understands and adopts the values and principles of Scrum.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder the progress of the team.
• Promote transparency, inspection, and continuous improvement in each cycle.
• Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the backlog.
• Track progress using agile metrics such as Burndown Chart and Velocity.
• Lead retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement concrete actions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Product, IT, Development) to resolve dependencies and ensure value deliveries.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Systems, Administration, or related fields.
• 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in software projects.
• Certification Scrum Master (CSM or PSM)optional.
• Experience facilitating agile teams and managing projects with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of additional frameworks: Kanban, XP, or others.
• Training in conflict resolution and service leadership.
• Intermediate English (desirable).
