Agile Program Manager - Robotics & Automation Systems

We are looking for an Agile Program Manager to lead the PA-AMR (Picking Assistant AMR) Systems development — part of our Logistics Solutions, working closely with the engineering, product, and operations teams. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex robotics and automation projects, ensuring alignment with product roadmap and business objectives. * Manage and coordinate multiple agile development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. * Define and implement Agile methodologies and best practices across the program, ensuring consistent and efficient workflows. * Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement. * Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track. * Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. * Collaborate with stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and operations, to define project scope, requirements, and priorities. * Track and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance team performance. * Contribute to the development and evolution of the company's Agile practices and processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * Proven experience as an Agile Program Manager or similar role in a technology or robotics company. * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience implementing them at scale. * Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). * Familiarity with robotics and automation technologies is a plus. **Benefits:** * Be part of a rapidly growing and innovative robotics company. * Work on cutting-edge robotics and automation technology. * Collaborate with a talented and passionate team. * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
