Agile IT Consultant with German - Retail Security Solutions (B2B) @ dmTECH

Required experience and qualifications

• Experience in IT product management in an agile environment
• Very good knowledge of agile methodologies and practical experience in their application
• Experience in project coordination and effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Experience in cooperation with external partners and service providers, supported by implemented projects
• Analytical and conceptual approach to planning and development of digital services and products
• Readiness to practically support pilot projects, including installation or support of systems directly in drugstores, as required by the project
• Fluent communication in Polish and German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1)

Additional assets will be:

• Experience in testing technological solutions directly in a store environment
• Experience in working with self-service solutions, electronic article surveillance, or systems supporting security in stationary retail

Project:

The product area Self-checkout develops international self-service solutions and retail security solutions used in over 4,000 dm drugstores in Europe.

As part of cooperation with dmTECH Polska, the business partner will support product development in the area of self-service and merchandise protection: from requirements analysis and translating business needs into technological solutions, to supporting the stable functioning of the product.

An important element of cooperation will also be participation in pilot projects, including testing new solutions and gathering feedback from customers and internal users.

Cooperation will be carried out mainly remotely, with occasional project meetings in Karlsruhe and the possibility of supporting pilot markets on-site, as required by the project.

Form of cooperation: B2B Contract

Remuneration:

140 – 160 PLN/h + VAT on B2B

What will our cooperation involve?

• Expert support in managing and developing projects related to retail security products and merchandise protection, including coordination of project activities and practical participation in developing concepts for retail security solutions, such as:
  • AI-based vision solutions
  • electronic article surveillance
  • self-service solutions
• Coordination and refinement of requirements in cooperation with dm business units, project stakeholders, and external partners
• Market analysis and monitoring of competitive solutions in the retail security area
• Practical support for pilot projects carried out directly in drugstores, including installation and support of solutions developed internally at dmTECH
• Product development support based on business needs, user feedback, and results of pilot solution tests
