Agile Delivery Manager

️ Main responsibilities (What will you do?) Project Management (End-to-End): Monitoring schedules, milestones, and ensuring that teams deliver what they have agreed upon with the business. Scrum Master Role: Facilitating cross-functional team meetings, removing obstacles (blockers), and educating and coaching teams in the optimal use of Agile methodologies. Vendor Management: Close cooperation and management of external IT companies (outsourcing), ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and seamless integration of external experts with internal teams. Reporting and Transparency: Regularly informing the client/management about project progress, risks, challenges, and successes in a clear, transparent manner. Process Improvement: Constantly seeking opportunities to optimize team work and implement market best practices. Requirements (Who is suitable for this?) Key (Must-have): Project Management: Solid, proven experience in leading projects (preferably in the IT area). Agile Methodologies: Practical knowledge and experience working as a Scrum Master (official Scrum certificate is welcome). Vendor Management: Experience working with external software vendors or outsourcing companies. Nice to have (A nod to "Nice to have"): Familiarity with project and requirements management tools: ADO (Azure DevOps) and AHA! (product roadmap building tool). Experience in Release Management (managing the process of releases / deploying new software versions to production).
