Job description
Experience: 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager in a software development environment Good knowledge of Agile frameworks and the ability to apply them in practice, not just in theory Experience facilitating team processes: planning, retrospectives, stakeholder communication, risk management Ability to understand client business needs and keep the team focused on delivering value Communication & Leadership: Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
