Key Responsibilities:

Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan with a tight grip on Agile estimating, planning, and forecasting.
Drive continuous improvement and efficiency through consistent communication between teams and program level and critical stakeholders and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

10+ years of experience in software development
5+ years of relevant demonstrated experience in delivering Agile software solutions.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle.
Expert knowledge of Agile project management practices
PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred
Demonstrated Experience overseeing projects with at least ten team members, including developers, quality engineers, localization, user experience, and product managers.
Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
Experience in Finance domain preferred
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
