Worked as an Agile Coach leading enterprise-scale Agile transformation initiatives, coaching leadership, PMs, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams on Agile frameworks, mindset shift towards collaboration, empowerment, and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and adaptation. Developed and delivered training programs for stakeholders, including executives, PMs, Scrum Masters, and team members to ensure successful adoption and integration of Agile methodologies. Utilized various Agile tools and platforms, such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Teams, and Excel, to facilitate collaboration, tracking, and reporting. Demonstrated expertise in Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP, with ability to adapt and integrate them into organizational processes. Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to various stakeholders.
