What you'll be doing As Agile Coach, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of agile methodologies across our teams. You will work closely with our product owners, scrum masters, and team members to ensure that we are delivering value to our customers through iterative development and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include: • Coaching teams on agile principles and practices • Facilitating workshops and training sessions to improve collaboration and communication • Collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize project goals and objectives • Developing and maintaining a culture of continuous learning and improvement What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will need to have: • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their application in software development • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive change and improve processes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions for diverse groups • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What we offer At N26, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that will help shape the future of banking.
