• Shape Success: As a self-employed sales partner, you will lead your own agency and be responsible for all strategic decisions as well as tax and legal security.
• Build Trust: You are the central point of contact for your customers in all matters of provision and insurance.
• Develop People: As an agency owner, you actively shape the personnel growth of your agency, lead and develop employees, and thus form your own high-performing team.

Profile

• Leadership Personality: You have strong leadership and social skills, enjoy working with people, and want to achieve the best for yourself and your employees.
• Experience: You are already successfully active in insurance sales and are an expert in your field. A career change is also possible as a self-employed agency manager. Initial sales experience is advantageous, but not a must.
• Charisma: You convincingly convey your enthusiasm for our products and represent the AXA brand through your responsible and exemplary handling of customers.
