Your tasks

• Conducting a solution-oriented market research on telephony and CTI providers with focus on agency sales and transparent presentation of implementation and operating costs

• Evaluating CTI integration options into the existing CRM system (including own developments) and creating technical descriptions for the request for proposal

• Checking the operational feasibility in Citrix environments, as well as evaluating multi-tenancy capabilities

• Analyzing cloud and telephone infrastructure regarding IT security and DORA conformity and deriving concrete technical and organizational measures

• Validating supplier references and providing evidence of successful implementations at comparable companies, with documentation of the results

• Developing a technical solution architecture

• Defining requirements, dependencies, and data protection prerequisites for service providers, as well as preparing decision-making documents for stakeholders

• Accompanying and providing expert support for the feasibility study, with close coordination with the product owner and project team during the conceptual and selection phase

Must-requirements

• Proven expertise in the field of agency telephony with focus on sales processes in the insurance sector

• Experience with CTI integration into CRM systems, including implementation variants (own development or supplier solution) and technical specifications

• Practical experience in operating and integrating telephone solutions within a Citrix environment

• Combined experience in telephone infrastructure and cloud infrastructure paired with IT security expertise

• Knowledge of DORA conformity and implementation of DORA-relevant requirements in the IT/telecommunications context

May-requirements

• Experience with CTI integrations into Aloa CRM or comparable insurance-CRM solutions

• Experience in market analyses and supplier selection for telephony/CTI offers

• Experience in creating and validating technical solution architectures, as well as accompanying bid comparisons

• Experience in cost estimation and evaluation of implementation costs for telephony/CTI projects

• Experience with governance, data protection, and compliance requirements for agency telephony projects
