Your main tasks:In this Swiss private security leader, GPA SA Société suisse de sécurité is a leading private security company in the Romandy region.Based in Plan-les-Ouates, GPA employs over 500 people across Switzerland, with branches in Lausanne, Zurich, St Moritz and Lugano.The company was acquired by the Millennium Group in June 2023, a Swiss family group whose mission is to offer high-quality services to companies and individuals.To accompany our growth and reinforce our presence in the region, we are looking for Assistant Security Agents to join our team in Lausanne and Nyon sectors. As an Assistant Security Agent, you will be responsible for providing security services to clients, including escorting personnel, monitoring premises, and responding to incidents.Your tasks will include:• Escorting personnel and ensuring their safety;• Monitoring premises and detecting any potential threats;• Responding to incidents and taking appropriate action;• Maintaining accurate records of your activities and reporting any incidents or issues;• Collaborating with other security agents and team members to ensure the smooth operation of our services.Your profile:We are looking for individuals who have a strong sense of responsibility, are able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills.
