Responsibilities – Agent D2D

• Promoting and selling offers of electricity and natural gas.
• Door-to-door activity in designated zones.
• Presenting clear benefits to clients.
• Closing contracts through the dedicated app.
• Maintaining company procedures and standards.

Responsibilities – Team Leader

• Coordinating and motivating a team of D2D agents.
• Recruiting and integrating new agents.
• Monitoring performance and achieving objectives.
• Direct support in the field and reporting to the zonal coordinator.
• Ensuring contract quality.
