We from hey contact heroes are looking for motivated employees (m/w/d) who will strengthen our team and jointly manage an exciting customer project in the field of sustainable energy solutions.

Your Mission:

• You advise customers and interested parties around modern energy solutions
• You support with questions about products, technology, and services from the renewable energy sector
• You conduct professional consulting conversations by phone and/or digitally
• You process customer requests reliably and solution-oriented
• You ensure a positive customer experience

Your Profile:

• First experiences in the energy sector and dealing with customers,
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written – at least C1),
• You're comfortable working with a PC,
• Readiness for shift work and weekend shifts within our service hours
• You're unbeatable in the area of customer satisfaction, solution orientation, empathy, and sympathy,
• Friendly demeanor and respectful communication,
• You love making different customer personalities happy,
• A prerequisite for you is working from home (in Germany) in a HomeOffice.
