Agentic AI Manager

About the role: Marico Limited is expanding its intelligent automation capabilities beyond traditional RPA into the domain of AI agents — systems that can reason, plan, use tools, and complete multi-step business tasks autonomously. We are looking for an Agentic AI lead who can bridge the gap between advanced AI technology and real business problems across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, R&D, and Procurement. You will design, build, and deploy AI agents on both low-code platforms (Microsoft Cognitive Services, Google Cloud AI Platform) and high-code platforms (Python, Java). Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain a portfolio of AI agents that can automate complex business processes, such as data processing, document management, and customer service. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities for AI agent deployment and ensure successful integration into existing workflows. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of AI agent architecture, design, and testing methodologies, as well as provide training and support to end-users. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AI/ML, software engineering, and domain expertise in at least one area (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, R&D, Procurement).
