Agentic AI Engineer | Copilot

The Company
This Kiwi company is looking for a permanent OR contract-based Agentic AI specialist to lead the design, development and deployment of intelligent agents and AI-workflows using Microsoft Copilot and other technologies.

This role will help to shape the digital solutions enterprise capabilities, both internally and externally. Specifics around company, industry, compensation and project will be provided if you are contacted.

The Role

• Agent Development and orchestration; Design, build and deploy agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.Design and implement agentic workflows using MCP for orchestration across enterprise tools and data sources; Maintaining MCP servers.
• Train and tweak AI models (e.g. Grok, GPT, Claude, Anthropic, Gemini, LLMs) for domain specific tasks; Integrate AI models into enterprise workflows using APIs/connectors.
• Build and maintain conversational agents using Copilot Studio; Eventual extension of Copilot capabilities within Power Automate, Apps, Logic apps for automation.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy & security standards, Creating and maintaining documentation, best practices & user guides.
• This role has the option of being remote.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in developing AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform & Azure AI services.A strong understanding of Agentic design patters, orchestration frameworks & prompt engineering.
• Experience with data modelling, analytics & integration using Dataverse, SQL or similar platforms.
• Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science, AI, Data science, or related fields.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI or Copilot Studio.
