Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process. Maintain accurate records of all reservations, including room assignments, special requests, and any additional services requested. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our guests. Utilize computerized reservation systems to manage bookings and track guest preferences. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings. Perform other related duties as required.
