Responsibilities: As a Real Estate Agent at Vivantia Homes, you will be responsible for: Conducting market research and analyzing property values. Listing properties and showcasing them to potential buyers. Networking with clients to determine their needs and financial abilities. Coordinating property viewings and open houses. Negotiating offers and managing contracts. Closing sales and providing post-sale support. Maintaining a strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations. Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and sales abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Familiarity with the local real estate market in Madrid. Driving license and access to a vehicle.
