AGENT COMERCIAL INMOBILIARIO We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Agent with clear commercial vocation and minimum experience of 2 years in sales, to join our team during its growth phase. Functions: Property capture and management. Attention and follow-up of buyer and seller clients. Commercial visits and negotiation. Closing of real estate operations. Integral process management of buying and selling. Requirements: Minimum experience of 2 years in sales (valuable sector including but not limited to real estate). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactivity and initiative to achieve goals. Adaptability to new situations and environments. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. Certifications: Professional certification in Real Estate (valuable but not required). Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. Physical demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk, stand for long periods of time, and travel as needed.
