The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the Milanese real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: - Identify and select high-quality properties that meet the needs of our clients; - Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry; - Provide expert advice on property values, trends, and market conditions; - Collaborate with colleagues to develop marketing strategies and campaigns for new properties; - Maintain accurate records of property listings, sales, and rentals. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field; - At least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite; - Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems.
