Commercial Real Estate Agent

What you will do

• Development, management, and consolidation of client and property portfolios
• Marketing and complete management of the sales process
• Market analysis and opportunity scouting
• Support in negotiations, sales, and leases up to closing
• Professional real estate consulting

Who we are looking for

• Previous experience in the real estate sector
• Great passion for Commercial Real Estate
• Excellent knowledge of the L'Aquila and Province territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork attitude and results orientation
• Professionalism, integrity, and organizational skills
• Excellent Italian and good knowledge of English
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Possession of a VAT number (or willingness to obtain one)
• Real Estate Agent license
