Your managerial growth path

At Teodolinda srl, you decide your growth ceiling. We have structured a real internal Academy that combines technical training with Engel & Völkers international standards, alongside a managerial leadership path:

• Phase 1: Junior Real Estate Agent. You build your client portfolio in the luxury segment, leveraging our technology, the strength of a global brand, and forging high-value relationships.
• Phase 2: Senior Real Estate Agent. You consolidate your client portfolio in the luxury segment, leveraging the strength of a global brand and forging high-value relationships.
• Phase 3: Team Leader. Demonstrate your commercial and human skills, you will make the first managerial leap: you will be entrusted with the selection, guidance, and coordination of a team of up to 5 agents, also earning from your team's performance.
• Phase 4: Office Manager (OM). The pinnacle of operational management. You will coordinate the entire structure, supervising the various Team Leaders and their respective groups of agents.

What you will be doing:

• Acquisition, valuation, and sale of prestigious residential properties in the Monza and Brianza area.
• Qualified and exclusive real estate consulting, putting the client relationship at the center of every action.
• Complete management of the purchase and sale process through Engel & Völkers tools and CRM.
• Progressive development of coordination, mentoring, and management skills for future team members.

The profile we are looking for:

• Fundamental requirement: Possession of the license / Qualification for the role of Real Estate Agent.
• Strong managerial and entrepreneurial attitude: the desire not to be a "soloist" but to lead other people.
• Ability to relate to high-standing clientele, based on empathy, professional ethics, and long-term trust.
• Excellent communication skills, determination, and results orientation.
• Excellent knowledge of the Monza and Brianza territory.
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language (fluent knowledge of English or a second language is a strong plus).
