Client Service Agent (Insurance)
A great opportunity in the insurance sector to offer bilingual support to clients of collective benefits programs in a dynamic contact center. Several positions available. Hybrid work model with offices in Montreal, Halifax, and Waterloo. Ideal for meticulous professionals who are bilingual in English and French, with solid communication skills and comfortable with digital tools.
What's in it for you:
• Hourly salary of $24.26.
• 6-month contract.
• Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week.
• 9-week training program: 8 am to 4 pm (HNE).
• Rotating work shifts between 8 am and 8 pm (HNE).
• Presence at the office required from Tuesday to Thursday.
• Telework possible on Mondays and Fridays.
• Available positions: 15-22.
Responsibilities:
• Manage approximately 50 incoming calls per day and respond to client inquiries regarding collective insurance programs.
• Provide accurate and rapid information about products and services in English and French.
• Ensure the follow-up of internal and external client requests with professionalism and empathy.
• Navigate with ease between multiple systems and tools to resolve client situations.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and confidentiality.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Meet performance targets and adapt to the evolution of client needs and business priorities.
• Use problem-solving skills and research to effectively handle complex requests.
What you'll need to succeed:
• Secondary education diploma required.
• College or university training considered an asset.
• Bilingualism in French and English required to support clients in both languages.
• 1 year of experience in customer service in a call center, administrative environment, retail sales, or services.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to work simultaneously on multiple applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new information.
• Familiarity with rotating shifts and meeting service level targets.
• Reliable home installation including Ethernet connection and a private, quiet workspace.
• Experience in collective benefits, insurance, or with Salesforce considered an asset.
• Positive, courteous, and adaptable approach in interactions with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to perform in dynamic environments and at a fast pace.
