For a market leader company operating in the Authorized Games sector, Adecco Sales & Marketing is seeking: Monomandatario Sales Agent The role The selected resource will be responsible for: Managing and developing the existing customer portfolio (Tabaccheria - Ho.Re.Ca. – GDO/DO channel); Searching and acquiring new customers on the assigned territory; Promoting and supporting retail points in managing the product mix (instant and delayed lotteries); Acting as a commercial consultant to support the sales team and provide market insights; Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives; Maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for growth; Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement marketing initiatives; Providing market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform business decisions. The resource selected will be responsible for: Gestire e sviluppare il portafoglio clienti esistente (canale Tabaccheria - Ho.Re.Ca. – GDO/DO); Ricercare e acquisire nuovi clienti sul territorio assegnato; Promuovere e supportare i punti vendita nella gestione del mix di prodotti (lotterie istantanee e differite); Agire come consulente commerciale per supportare la squadra delle vendite e fornire analisi del mercato; Sviluppare e implementare strategie di vendita efficaci per raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali; Mantenere le relazioni con i clienti esistenti e identificare opportunità di crescita; Collaborare con la squadra delle vendite per sviluppare e implementare iniziative di marketing; Fornire intelligence del mercato e analisi dei concorrenti per informare le decisioni aziendali.
