Insurance Agent

In HSBC México, we are looking for people with a service attitude, commercial focus, and growth vision to join as an Insurance Specialist. This role is ideal if you are motivated to advise clients on Savings, Retirement, and Protection solutions, and close opportunities with a consultative approach. What will you do? Identify potential prospects for Savings, Retirement, and/or Protection solutions, especially clients who visit the branch infrequently. Attend to clients where it is most convenient for them: at their home, office, or any other location that suits their needs. Develop a deep understanding of our insurance products and services, including Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Investment Products. Build strong relationships with clients by providing personalized advice and guidance. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to provide expert advice to clients. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and maintain accurate records of client interactions. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in insurance products, sales techniques, and industry best practices. Contribute to the development of new business strategies and initiatives by sharing your expertise and insights.
