Reservation Agent

Objective of the position

You are a fundamental piece for us, as you will be responsible for advising our guests in choosing their health/wellness programs and you will coordinate the reservations so that they enjoy a perfect stay.

What will be your main functions?

• Advise, via email or telephone, guests in choosing their health/wellness programs according to their specific objectives or needs.
• Promote the closing and conversion of reservations, as well as upselling of treatments and services.
• Attend to and resolve the doubts that may arise for guests during the reservation process or post-stay.
• Coordination with other areas of the company to ensure a perfect stay.
• Handle incidents: changes, cancellations, additional services, etc.
• Control the waiting list.
• Ensure compliance with cancellation and deposit policies for reservations.
• Update the content of all health/wellness programs.

What should you bring?

• Education in Tourism, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Reservation Agent, preferably in travel agencies, luxury hotel sector.
• Skills for closing and converting reservations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
