Solvereh is a business solutions hub that operates with Management Systems, In-Company Trainings, and Recruitment Selection. We are expanding and seeking a Recruitment Agent with an analytical, strategic, and practical execution profile â someone who thinks systematically and resolutely. Seeking excellence in various contract segments.
What you will do:
Contract model and regime: Remote | DailySchedule: Monday to Friday â flexible according to availability or project schedule.
Remuneration: R$80.00 per day + bonus for performance and deliveries.
Growth: The position will evolve into a fixed contract if desired and in accordance with deliveries.
Start date: May/June 2026.

What you will do:
- Support recruitment and selection operation
- Practically: screening, interview, scheduling with decision-makers, post-contract communication, and CRM filling
- Experience with recruitment and selection methodologies and contracting processes
- Completed or pursuing higher education in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related areas
- Mastery of digital online tools (Drive, IA, Whatsapp, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Package
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical reasoning and sense of organization
- Differentiators: ease with deadline compliance
