After-Sales Agent (Internship) (afternoon shift)

At Treatwell, we have been digitizing the beauty sector for over 10 years. We drive beauty salons to a higher level of business management, which is much more professional. We have a very complete tool by which our clients benefit from a digital agenda, cash control and inventory management of products.

The Customer Success team at Treatwell aims to offer first job opportunities to young people through our internal training program. As an After-Sales Agent, your main objective will be to provide excellent support to clients and our partners/partners, address inquiries and ensure overall satisfaction.

We are looking for people who can work with us in the afternoon (30 or 35 hours between 11:00 and 18:00h).

Responsibilities:

• Work hand in hand with our Customer Success team.
• Learn internally how a current technology company works.
• Learn to manage, analyze and negotiate agreements with our partners, in addition to activities with customer retention.
• You will learn to manage and provide solutions through our customer service channels.
• We will teach you how to work with one of the most powerful CRMs on the market: Salesforce.

About you:

• No previous work experience is necessary.
• You have studied related to our role that can add additional value to what we do (sales, customer service, etc) (desirable).
• You are a proactive and organized person.
• You want to learn and "eat the world".
• You have a level of English that allows you to communicate both orally and in writing.
• You know or are interested in the world of customer service and satisfaction.
• You have total and immediate availability, adapted to the conditions of the study center.
• You are enrolled in a study center that allows us to sign a practical agreement (master's degree or university, we will not value candidates from FP cycles in this opportunity).
• You are available to work in our Madrid office (Metro Quevedo).
• Your study schedule allows you to work with us between 11:00h and 18:00h, Monday to Friday.
