As an Agent of Attention, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, as well as contribute to the development of new products and services. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, marketing, or communications). • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
