We are seeking Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agents to provide support, resolve incidents, and ensure an exceptional experience for each client. You will work in a multicultural environment, providing assistance through phone calls, emails, or chat. All this while enjoying Mediterranean life!

Principal responsibilities:

• Attend customer consultations with empathy, clarity, and efficiency

• Manage requests by phone, email, and chat in Spanish

• Identify and resolve technical or account problems

• Escalate complex cases when necessary

• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

• Record all interactions in internal systems with precision

Salary and benefits:

• Monthly salary: between 1,200 and 1,400, depending on your experience and profile

• Monthly performance bonuses based on your results
