SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE SEARCH – PROFESSIONAL BEAUTY SECTOR | BEAUTY SALONS MEDICAL OFFICES CHANNEL

For a brand experiencing strong growth in the professional beauty channel, we are seeking a Senior Sales Representative with real and consolidated experience in the Professional Beauty sector, specializing in the Beauty Salons channel.

We are looking for an autonomous, credible individual already established in the target market, capable of developing solid and lasting commercial relationships with owners and operators in the sector.

The assigned territories are to be developed: there is no active client base.

The search is therefore aimed at professionals with a genuine ability for market opening, commercial development, and territory coverage.

To concretely support the opening and development of the areas, the company has planned dedicated investments in online marketing and lead generation, to support commercial activities in the territory.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven commercial experience in the professional beauty sector
• Concrete knowledge of the beauty salon channel
• Active contact portfolio and real territorial presence in the assigned areas
• Ability for commercial development and new client acquisition
• Results-oriented mindset, professional presence, and reliability

Contractual Aspects

• Fixed compensation foreseen upon achievement of a established, concrete, and realistically achievable budget
• Commission system linked to commercial results
