Agent Suport Tehnic Serverroom

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Technical Support Agent to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional support to our clients.


Criteria:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the cloud infrastructure, hosting or IT domain.
• Solid knowledge about cloud technologies (e.g. servers, networks, storage) and platforms such as Linux, Windows Server.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a varied audience (technical and non-technical).
• Orientation towards clients and the ability to manage situations with frustrated or urgent client requests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Advanced level of English language proficiency (written and spoken) – mandatory for communication with international clients.

As a Technical Support Agent at Serverroom, you will be the first line of assistance for our clients, managing technical issues related to cloud services, such as maintaining international networks and client servers. You will closely collaborate with internal teams to ensure rapid resolution of requests and contribute to improving our B2B clients' experience. This role requires solid technical skills, clear communication, and a solution-oriented approach.


Main Responsibilities:
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by clients (e.g. server errors, connectivity, cloud configurations).
• Providing technical support via email, chat or phone, explaining complex concepts in an accessible manner.
• Collaborating with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve advanced problems.
• Documenting cases of support and contributing to the knowledge base to prevent recurring issues.
• Ensuring client satisfaction through rapid responses and efficient solutions.
• Staying up-to-date with new features and updates of the Primcast cloud platform.
