Agent Oversight Analyst

Role Responsibilities As an Agent Oversight Analyst, you will be coordinating the agent oversight program at WUIB in alignment with other WU entities and Agents throughout New Zealand, other key responsibilities include: Provides AML/CTF Compliance support to new and existing Agents of Western Union and its affiliates, to identify if agents have developed and implemented an effective AML/CTF Compliance program, as they apply to Money Services Businesses. Provides analysis on improving internal processes and procedures for the agent oversight program, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including Agents, WU entities, and other relevant parties. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks and issues related to the agent oversight program. Provides training and support to Agents on AML/CTF Compliance best practices and procedures. Conducts regular monitoring and reporting of agent compliance with regulatory requirements. Identifies and reports any non-compliance or potential risk areas to senior management. Develops and maintains a comprehensive understanding of WU's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to the agent oversight program. Provides expert advice and guidance on AML/CTF Compliance matters to Agents and other stakeholders. Conducts research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in agent compliance with regulatory requirements. Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements changes as needed. Develops and maintains a comprehensive understanding of WU's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to the agent oversight program.
