NNWe are looking for a specialized mold manufacturer's account: 1 - Agent d'usinage (F/H) Within the production workshop, following the instructions of the Responsible Usinage/Programming, your main missions will be to:
- Prepare the workstation: Supplying the cutting machine with raw materials, positioning and fixing parts on the machining center.
- Call and launch the adapted CN program, checking dimensions and surface state of produced parts.
- Control quality: Dimensional control and surface state of produced parts.
- At the end of the cycle: Remove the cut pieces.
- Finalize and manage the flow: Cleaning, if necessary, evacuation of finished parts, and management of validated retouches.
- Follow-up and maintenance: Filling production follow-up documents and maintaining workstation cleanliness.
You will work on team hours 2x7. You must at least:
- Know machining techniques
- Master plan reading
- Be able to control tool wear and replace them: drill bits, saw blades, plates, etc...
- Be able to control production using available metrological tools (essentially, depth gauge)
- Be able to recognize numerical control programming for setting parameters, dimensions, zero point
- Know how to safely operate handling equipment (potence, elevated cart)
- Be able to conform to production objectives
