Client attention, both in-person and over the phone.
Assisting clients on destinations and points of interest.
Designing and budgeting travel packages.
Managing group travel bookings with suppliers and processing service contracts (transportation, accommodation, guided tours, etc.).
Accompanying groups on trips to coordinate, inform, and assist them.
