Air Export Freight Forwarder

Within the Air Export division, your missions as an air export freight forwarder will be to ensure the reliability and productivity of the transport of each shipment.

You will be notably in charge of:

- Performing corresponding contract reviews

- Checking documents

- Computer processing of the file

- Organizing the approach transport

- Ensuring feedback and documentation from clients and the network

- Ensuring the execution of customs and administrative formalities

- Ensuring the editing of invoices

- Ensuring the management, documentary traceability, and archiving of the service

- Managing client invoicing

- Carrier reservations and monitoring of transport execution

- Organizing air transport services

- Assisting with general service tasks

- Entering correspondence/messages

- Ensuring compliance with the quality of service provided

Requirements

- Bac+2 (Associate's degree or equivalent)

- Entry-level accepted

- General knowledge of customs regulations

- Transport Techniques and Legislation

- Transport, Logistics, and International Trade

- Computer skills, office tools,

- English
