The position of Housekeeping Service Agent in Senior Residence (M/F)

With a common goal of facilitating the well-being of our elders, you will ensure a clean and welcoming environment for residents and become a key player in their comfort and the conviviality within the residence.

As a Housekeeping Service Agent, you take care of the spaces... and the morale of our residents!

You will intervene to ensure the maintenance of residents' apartments, respecting their wishes and specific needs. You will also be responsible for the cleaning and ironing of the laundry entrusted to you.

You will also ensure the cleanliness of the common areas of the residence, thus contributing to providing a pleasant living environment for everyone.

Finally, for temporary accommodations or tenant changes, you will be in charge of deep cleaning and preparing the apartments to guarantee their perfect condition for new arrivals.

+ To support you: upon arrival, you will benefit from an integration program for the proper execution of your duties.

The profile we are looking for

You ideally hold a CAP (Vocational Aptitude Certificate) in maintenance and hygiene of premises or a BEP (Vocational Studies Certificate) in hygiene and cleaning trades. However, your determination and your experience may be sufficient!

You have experience in maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry, and you are familiar with the technical specifics related to cleaning products (usage and risks).

Beyond these qualifications, to become a true DOMITYS well-being facilitator, you must:

• Have a service-oriented mindset and be attentive to residents and their loved ones
• Demonstrate dynamism, rigor, and discretion
• Be available to work 1 weekend out of 2 on a rotating basis
