The Centre Psychothérapique de l'Ain, also known as CPA, is a major player in Mental Health management in the Ain department. Created in 1971, it is managed by the ORSAC association.
Present throughout the department, it is thanks to its 1150 employees that the CPA welcomes 15,000 patients annually, including 3,000 children and adolescents, within its various structures (inpatient units, Day Hospitals, Medico-Psychological Centers, Part-Time Therapeutic Care Center...).
The CPA also manages a Nursing Care Training Institute, a Care, Support, and Prevention Center for Addiction, and a Specialized Care Home.
In response to the evolution of psychiatry, the CPA is engaged in an ambitious project to restructure its care offerings with the aim of ensuring harmonized care pathways and greater specialization of treatments.

Job Description:
The Centre Psychothérapique de l'Ain (CPA), a leading mental health institution in the Ain department, is seeking a Hotel Service Agent (ASH) for an apprenticeship.
Within a care unit, you will contribute daily to providing patients with a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment. In close collaboration with the care teams, you will participate in the smooth running of the unit and the quality of patient reception.
This apprenticeship will allow you to develop your professional skills while benefiting from the support of experienced professionals.
YOUR MISSIONS:
Supervised by your mentor and the unit team, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the maintenance, cleaning, and disinfection of premises according to current protocols;
- Participating in the catering function: receiving and checking orders, preparing the dining room, and heating meals.
- Contributing to laundry management: removal of dirty linen, reception and storage of clean linen;
- Participating in the monitoring and management of stocks necessary for the activity;
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations;
- Contributing to the comfort and well-being of patients welcomed in the unit.

You are preparing for a Professional Title as a Cleaning and Hygiene Agent, or an equivalent qualification in cleaning, hygiene, or services.
You are recognized for:
