Missions:

- Carry out activities of design, evaluation, orientation, consultation, updating

- Assess the psychosocial needs of the user and their environment

- In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, implement an intervention plan and direct the user to the appropriate resources

- Inform, raise awareness and encourage the participation of the user and their relatives in the intervention plan

- Facilitate groups as needed

Requirements:

- Hold a bachelor's degree in human sciences or social sciences such as criminology, social work, psychology, psychoeducation, sexology.

- Valid CPR

- Recent and relevant experience in this sector as a Human Relations Agent

- Adult IGT

- DEBA-IGT ado

- DEBA-ADO

- Experience in crisis intervention

- Experience in mental health, addiction intervention
