Job Offer: Human Relations Agent

Location: Sept-Îles, Baie-Comeau - North Coast

Specialties: Child Psychiatry - DPJ - AM - Dependence - Open Space - DPJ – EO (regional team)

Full-time job in a quarter-day schedule in a quarter-day schedule

Start date: October 20, 2025

End date: March 3, 2026 and April 31, 2026

Per diem: $70 per worked day

Kilometrage and accommodation taken care of.

We are looking for Human Relations Agents with recent and relevant experience, passionate and dynamic to join our medical team.

Your main mission will be:

• Evaluate the psychosocial needs of users in mental health
• Develop, apply, and ensure the follow-up of individualized intervention plans
• Offer psychological support to individuals, families, or groups
• Work in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team (psychologists, doctors, social workers, etc.)
• Contribute to the prevention, stabilization, and social reinsertion of users

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, psychoeducation or a related field
• OCCI training is an asset
• IGT and NID-EP trained
• Be part of a professional order to practice in DPJ
• Experience in mental health intervention or aid (asset)
• Ability to adapt, listen, and work as a team
• Autonomy and sense of initiative
