At the heart of the manufacturing site, you will ensure the production of bakery and Viennoiserie products as an Agri-Food Production Operator (M/F). Integrated into a dynamic team and under the responsibility of the Team Leader, your missions will revolve around three key areas: - Control & Preparation: Carrying out bakery recipes, weighing and dosing ingredients, and monitoring production lines. - Quality & Food Safety: Strict application of HACCP standards, visual quality controls, and product traceability. - Logistics & Packaging: Packaging, boxing, and storing finished products in the refrigerated area. Working Conditions & Benefits: Salary: €13.16 / hour + associated bonuses. Hours: 2*8 shift (alternating morning / afternoon).
