The General Maintenance Agent (F/H) - SAINT CALAIS (72) As a building maintenance agent in a public high school, you will perform maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting interventions in various technical fields of the building. In this capacity, you will intervene on varied and polyvalent tasks, including the upkeep of green spaces during the season Your daily routine will be punctuated by the following missions: · Diagnose and control equipment: - check, diagnose or repair equipment as needed; - perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning; - identify and report any anomalies or malfunctions; - participate in the development of a preventive maintenance plan for the building's technical systems. · Perform various tasks related to the upkeep of green spaces: - mow lawns; - prune trees and shrubs; - water plants; - remove weeds; - perform other tasks as needed. · Participate in the development of a plan for the upkeep of green spaces, including the identification of priorities and the allocation of resources. · Collaborate with other agents to ensure the proper functioning of the building's technical systems. · Perform any other tasks related to the maintenance and upkeep of the building, as required.
