Female/Male Proximity Maintenance Agent

The Proximity Maintenance Agent position Within your school's premises, which will be your place of employment and for other nearby buildings, you will be expected to : - Perform technical maintenance at the first level of school sites: troubleshooting, routine interventions (changing light bulbs, switches, siphons, unclogging networks). - Ensure the cleanliness of outdoor spaces (management of waste containers, cleaning of courtyards and outdoor areas...). - Participate in the implementation of environmental and energy-saving measures. - Collaborate with other agents to ensure the smooth operation of school sites. - Perform any other tasks assigned by your supervisor or the school administration. The proximity maintenance agent will work under the supervision of a technical coordinator, who will provide guidance and support as needed. The agent's duties will be carried out in accordance with the school's policies and procedures.
