We are currently recruiting for the following position: Building Maintenance Agent (AMB).

Here are the main details about this role:

Your mission:
Manage consumables
Accompany and supervise external companies (electricians, plumbers, cleaning services, etc.)
Ensure maintenance and control of technical installations in the building (boiler room, ventilation, water softener, lighting, plumbing: faucets, joints and pipes)
Control leaks
Follow up on vehicle maintenance for the company
Clean floors in workshops according to schedule
Maintain exterior buildings: mowing, trimming lawns, shoveling snow
Ensure functioning of cleaning robots and concierge machines
Maintain and clean common areas, stairways, etc.
Ensure waste collection in workshops and special waste disposal
Conduct rounds of surveillance, report any building degradation (walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, roof)
Perform preventive and repair interventions, either personally or through specialized artisans
Follow and respect the system, its processes and procedures in force within our organization regarding quality policy, environment and safety

Your knowledge:
CFC in a building trade or similar position in another company
Good level of French
Polyvalence and ability to work independently
Comfortable with working at heights (nacelle)
Basic computer skills required
Entrepreneurial spirit
Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
