Our client, a major industry player specializing in wood and cardboard processing, is recruiting a Production Operator (m/f) for a mission starting on 01/05/2026.

As an Operator (m/f), your mission will be to: - Perform the necessary and complementary operations for the production of products manufactured by the company - Familiarize yourself with the manufacturing file - Be responsible for implementing a manufacturing order - Guarantee the corresponding quality of the manufactured product - Responsible for packaging and shipments - Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of production equipment - Constantly apply safety rules and instructions You are an actor in the quality management system and will report any issues or non-conforming products. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM), and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The remuneration is set at the SMIC. You will benefit from meal vouchers for days longer than 6 hours (i.e., 4 vouchers per week).

You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and have a sense of observation and precision. You ideally possess the following technical skills: - Reading a plan, instructions, or instruction sheets. - Mastery of the metric system and its correspondences. - Use of measuring instruments such as calipers. - Operation of digital equipment or machines. - Use of traditional machine tools (drill press, grinder, saw...). CACES R489 Category 3 is a plus. Your transversal qualities include: - Ability to comply with procedures and instructions. - Ability to identify priorities and adapt to varied tasks. - Ability to organize your workstation and your activities.
