Your responsibilities

• Act locally, building your recognition as a real estate expert.
• Acquire listings and clients – not only by phone, but primarily thanks to our visibility and referral strategy.
• Meet with clients, conduct property presentations, organize sales.
• Use the support of a mentor, daily operational meetings, weekly team meetings.
• Implement proven procedures and work systems that allow for predictable results.
• Participate in training and develop – up to the role of a mentor or even a company partner.

Our requirements

• we do not require real estate experience – we teach everything from scratch,
• openness to people and readiness to act – the rest is a matter of system and practice,
• autonomy in action and good time management,
• readiness for field and office work (partly remote, partly on the move),

Nice to have

Negotiation skills, sales experience, customer service, trade, or simply a desire to change industries.
