Our client is a Real Estate network known to be one of the most successful groups in Australia. Headed up by an industry award winning team, we are currently seeking an Agency Success Manager that is defined as honest, ethical and proactive to reflect this professional team.

The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering excellent support and service while constantly demonstrating initiative. We are seeking someone committed, loyal and enthusiastic that can work both in a team and autonomously.
- Assist in onboarding new agents and participate in recruitment meetings as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents through consistent communication, meetings, and follow-ups
- Understand agents' goals and needs, offering tailored solutions and recommendations to enhance their business
- Provide operational support as needed to assist agents in meeting deadlines
- Drive continuous improvement in systems and processes that facilitate the daily operations
- Coordinate with training specialist to ensure smooth onboarding for agents who hire remote professionals
- Creating value and improvements to contract performance, ensuring high compliance standards, risk management, account leadership and building strong stakeholder relationships

- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work proactively and independently
- Real Estate sales administration experience desirable
- Engaging personality with strong relationship management skills to build trust and partnerships
- Real Estate experience is a must!
