Agency Responsible

Au sein de la Direction des Opérations, you ensure the management of your Agency as a profit center, both at the human, financial, and technical levels. You are responsible for the operation of the agency to achieve quality and profitability objectives.

Your main missions:

• Optimize the organization of daily transports for subcontractors from your agency,
• Accompany and follow up on the evolution of performance indicators,
• Identify improvement paths within quality and profitability objectives,
• Persist and develop the distribution network,
• Ensure the application of procedures in place, particularly with new clients,
• Create a favorable and propitious work climate within your agency,
• Ensure permanent optimization of agency resources (human and material).
