Aged Care/Home Care Occupational Therapists Stream Healthcare has partnered with leading NGO's and private organisations across the South West to recruit Occupational Therapists across Perth who are passionate about working with older adults and DVA clients across aged care facilities, respite, homes, clinics and more! About the role: Provide assessments across home modifications, equipment, and technology to support independence and participation in daily activities. Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy programs to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Provide education and support to clients, families, and caregivers. Utilize evidence-based practice and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
