Aged Care Registered Nurse

Your duties as a Registered Nurse in aged care include, but are not limited to: Deliver high-quality patient care to residents; Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues; Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans; Provide education and support to residents, families and colleagues on various aspects of aged care. Your qualifications for this role should include: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA); Aged Care Nursing qualification or equivalent; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
